| my husband and me are both in the army. we are dealing with a deployment and a baby both right now. i'm trying to get back in shape not only for when he returns, but also for myself at work. i can be tough being married to the military, but you can do it. if you ever need to just talk or have a ? just ask cause i can relate in my ways.

| I don't really have any questions yet but I really appreciate the encuragement. since my husband left for basic I lost ten lbs just because I don't keep junk food around anymore. sad I know but I'd rather have the ten lbs back and be with my husband well its only thre or four more weeks I think I'll be fine but I still miss him. Again thanks alot for the encouragement.

| you're going to find that losing the weight will be a little easier now that he's gone because you'll be doing eveything! my husband too is in the military, navy, and i find that it's easier to lose weight when he's on deployment. sunds bad i know but it's the truth. good luck and like tv said if you have questions on military life just ask

| Good luck! If you have any questions about being a military wife, just ask. My husband has been in the A.F. for 11yrs now. So I know a little!
