| I have noticed that I'm not logging the food I've eaten on the weekends and I'm really not watching what I eat on the weekends, but I'll do great all week long. I've noticed it the last two weekends in a row and come Monday morning I've usually put on a pound. It's not a lot but over time, It'll definitely add up. Logging the food definitely keeps me on track...I'm going to stick with it 7 days a week at least until healthy and moderatly controlled eating is a habit and lifestyle.

Hope you are able to get on the ball again!
I know I fell off there for awhile and ended up not losing anything for the whole time I wasn't checking in. It really sucked.
I'm now making sure to get on here every day!
