yeah i uderstand how hard it is to stay focused on the goal. but with the right frame of mind and support from some friends anything could be possible.

this was prolly one of me biggest downfalls. i would stray from a program for a day or two and then it would be hard to get back on track. or i would let other things get in my way of working out. when i was playing rugby in college it was easy to stay on track cause i was going to practice every day. once the season ended it was a struggle for me to 'find' the time to work out. just get back into it as soon as possible and it won't be too out of control.

The best way to keep this from spiraling out of control is to just get back on your feet tomorrow. What you don't want to do is consider the week a loss and binge all evening until you officially "start over" at 12AM. If you wake up tomorrow with a full stomach, you'll most likely gorge yourself again.

Get back on track!

So I fell off the bandwagon, I've barly worked out the past week and I've been tottaly blowing my diet, every other day for the past week I've eaten fast food or something, I had a Philly today. It was awesome but I'm back on tomorrow, I renue my membership, and I start my new job thursday, we'll see how all of that is! Acctually the new guy is the one that go tme the philly today lol. He's pretty cool, but yeah, so I broke all that stuff and I'm gonna start back tomorrow, we'll see how it all goes. Help me out people!
