hey, thats great that you are losing your cravings. They could sneak up on you at any time, I know from experience. I'm now keeping a cereal bar in my handbag incase i get the munches and then i wont be tempted to go and buy junk food when i'm on the go!
All the small things that you notice will give you encouragement to do this all the way!

everyone I can go up stair better,Less trash,no fast food container. I don;t feel bad every day..Most of my craving for sweets have gone.I look forward to exercising now thats scare liking lettuce so I can eat salads. that it is getting easier to ben over to tie my shoes. a few pains are going a way.and my pants are fitting better not so tight not lose yet. but I know I can do this.
