| Whenever works for you is best. For me I stretch in the morning, cuz I do that while listening to music and it helps wake me up and get me going. Then I do my workout tape while my boys nap cuz that's the only free time I have to do it. If I wait to do it at night I don't have enough energy and usually don't do it.

| Any Time is fine for me but I try to do it so I finish within one hour of eating!

I find if I do not do it first thing in the morning it does not happen.
I have worked out around 2pm before but I do not feel as well and tend to do less~~smiles~~

| I agree with spring...whatever time will work for you is best. Some like to get up and work out early, some like to do it after work or before bed. What's important is finding a time that works for you. When my kids were in school (and will be again next week) I would work out after they left for school. This summer I have been working out after dinner mostly, but still some mornings.

The right time is when it is best for you. Some prefer mornings while others like afternoon. I know some that even work out late evening. I prefer afternoon to early evening. that is when I am most energized and have the time.
