After 2 years in the UAE, my contract is nearly up and I've been offered a new job in Thailand, based in Bangkok. My wife and I will probably be moving within a month. Has anybody lived (or is currently living) there who can give me any tips - particularly about the availability & price of 'western' type groceries, gym memberships etc.
I'm a bit concerned because for the first month or two we'll be staying in hotels - and you know what that does to a diet!
