Wooooo hooooo! Im back from 2 weeks at the lake. It was great and a nice get away. Good news .. I didn't gain any weight : ) and I probably should have? (lots of drinking and eating) .. but I didn't lose any either ..which has been a steady process for me since starting with Spark. Glad to see you all again and I have missed the posts : ) ttys Lisa
