Hey, I go through that uggh, what to eat deal too. If you like green tea, you might like to also try the diet snapple or crystal light. As far as snacking, I agree with the fresh fruit and/or raw veggies. If you're tired of Special K for breakfast, you might try a different breakfast cereals like Kashi good friends, or maybe a hot breakfast that might stick with you like oatmeal or cream of wheat? If you are craving starches, you will still need to watch the serving size you are eating but it does give you more of a variety. Change it up so boredom doesn't set in. It should be a great lifestyle change not a sentence of punishment. Hope it helps.

You need to be open to different ideas. Try fresh fruit, or pretzels. I mean there are so many options ( I am learning myself) that will surprise you (as they did me). Open your self to a world of healthy foods.
