| I have a very sweet tooth myself and can easily eat sweets all day/night. It is hard to change old habits but you'll get there. That's great that you've lost the few pounds that you have...even if it is water retention. You still have a start and tomorrow is a new day so get a good nights sleep and let us know how things go on Wednesday.

| It take time to learn to make healthy choice, but bad habits can be broken, I wish you the best.

I have done the same thing, so don't beat herself up. You have got to move on & try to make healthy choices. I crave sweets too, so will be in the same boat. I need to get healthy & want to lose 63 pounds. I don't have to even be hungry to eat. I guess we wouldn't be here if we didn't have problems with food. Good job on the loss!! Let's keep in touch.

I've been back on my diet 3 days and lost 2 pounds! I'm sure it's mostly water rentention lost but no matter it feels GREAT The only thing is on day 2 after work I bought a medium bag of Peanut Butter M & M's and ate almost the whole bag. Than this morning I promised myself I wouldn't sabotage my diet and sure enough at noon I finished of the quarter cup of candy in the bag. Told myself it's okay a salad isn't going to get me through until dinner. But than when I made dinner I made a pea salad that had roasted peanuts in it and finished off the jar of peanuts in the evening. What a price I'll pay all night and on the scale in the morning. Tummy ache anyone? I'm new at internet and messaging so I apologize if this isn't right.
