What a great idea.
I don't have any rewards yet, but I think tonight I will make a list of my goals and think of a reward for myself should I meet them. It would be a real motivator for me.

| I'm doing what Trishn is doing. I'm paying myself for every pound I loose. So far I bought clothes, got a new hair doo.

I need to reward myself with a pair of silly socks for my first goal.... (pre-preg weight)
5 lbs off - but the rest I'm thinking of some pretty yarn to play with - feed my other hobbies
(sticking to my exercise for 3 weeks) - A scrapbooking kit to play with (I digi so something online!)
10 lbs off - Manicure.
(sticking to my exercise for 6 weeks) - A new workout outfit

| I plan on putting away $5 for each pound lost that way when I am done and when I am going along I will have money to buy new clothes. I think that will be fun and not totally break the bank all at once.

Maybe a new cute top or a pair of jeans in a size smaller than you wear (for motivation lol) A movie at the theater you've been wanting to see, a new cd, new make-up... that's all I got lol

I just posted my goals for the week- it's helpful to write it down - and I decided to reward myself with something that's not food - at the end of the week if I met my goals.
What are some ideas for rewards?? I thought mani/pedi and a full body massage...
Anyone else have any ideas?
