Hey Justin--you've got some great comments and suggestions already. I want to add that I acquired my bad eating habits by skipping meals and then eating a full meal at that time of night because by the time I got home I was starving too. I tend to do better and keep it in check with smaller meals throughout the day (not that I follow this religiously, yet--but am working on it and the change is already visible).
Pizza/breadsticks are huge calories, try swapping it out for something just as quick but healthier for a week or so and see if it makes a difference for you. Wraps are quick and easy if you like that sort of thing and provide a good range of healthy nutrients. They can be made from countless items--my favorite is chicken w/caesar salad and ham with mango salsa. Either on a pita or spinach tortilla--and if calories allow a regular tortilla.
Without sounding like a commericial here, it tastes great, too!

Justin,
Justin,
I think you need to eat more often. Once every twelve hours is not good... day or night.
Try having smaller meals more often, and definitely need to get away from the pizza thing.
Eat more fruits and vegetables along with your meals.
All is easier said than done I know. But you're trying! Keep on working at it. You can do it!

Hi Justinpo,
Since you want to hear the comments, so I will give you some tips.
First, every meal you should have fat/ carb and protien
second, where is vegetables and fruits. you need fiber, add fruit and vegetable every meal and snack
third, if you can cut soda, you will drop pounds faster than you usually do.
last, I don't know how many minutes or days you worrk out. Try to add 2 more minutes everyday until you can reach 60 min, try interval training 1 day/ week and focus on your heart rate60-70% because you will know that you do not need to work so hard to exercise, just focus on your heart rate and you can do longer workout and have fun with it.
hope this helps.

hmmmmm, meatlovers pizza.... Love that! Haven't had it in almost 5 months either... I think it is a great idea to post what you eat during the day. Maybe you yourself will become more aware of the things you are eating.

thats a good idea you could try to post how many calories you had with each meal, that way it would be easier for you to see how many you got left.
