You will need a large saucepan, or casserole/stew pot.
x3 pints of water (put into pan) x3 large carrots (chopped) 1x sweede (chopped) 1x whole onion (chopped) 2x leeks (chopped) 2 medium potato's (peeled and chopped) A few gratings of fresh ginger (teaspoon) 3/4 stock cubes (chicken or veg)
- x2 boneless chicken breast portions (optional)
Place all the ingredients into the pan and boil. and let simmer for 60 mins. Adding stock cubes to taste. When all the veg has softened transfer it into a blender and blend to a pulp. This makes a broth type soup that tastes great - all the ingredients mixed together give the tastiest combinations in your mouth. - Add ore water if neccessary - so its not too thick. ENJOY
