Hi! I started getting healthy when I found this site about two months ago. I used to eat out all the time for lunch. Now, I usually bring in lean cuisine entrees, or whatever lean tv dinner is on sale. :) My co-worker and I started walking on our lunch hour, and that has been wonderful! I also stopped drinking soda, and increased my water intake. I have lost twelve pounds in six weeks. I also decreased my sodium. I was retaining a lot of water.

well, I'm not dieting but I do stay within my caloric range. I do cardio 5 days a week 1 hour per session and I weight train 3 times a week 1 hour per session. the best advice I can give is to track what you eat for starters that will give you a lot of insight.

hi , im new here my stats are 36dd-33-39 ..i know YUCK i weigh 65 kgs and im 5'2 ...SAHM twin boys 8m/0. im 25 years old. so what diet plans are you following ??? sharing? hoa many hours do you work out a day
