Aww, well is it still filling you up? I like the Thomas' Light Multigrain English Muffins...100 calories with 8 grams of fiber! And they're delicious! Sometimes for breakfast I'll use a tablespoon of Sugar Free Smuckers' Strawberry Preserves (1/2 tbspn per 1/2 english muffin) and scoop on some Breakstone's 2% lowfat cottage cheese (about an oz on each half) and slice up half a banana and sprinkle it with sugar free cinnamon sugar. I'll eat it along with the rest of the cottage cheese snack pack and the other half of the banana. It's a meal that comes out to about 300 calories and it tastes awesome!

I bought some weight watchers bread yesterday and its devine! 49 cals a slice. Half a point value whatever that means. Its brown bread with grains in. Its called Malted Danish. Hang on...ive just read the back of the packet and it says sliced white bread with malted wheat flakes & wheat bran! I feel cheated now, it looks brown!

Go for wheat bread or multigrain types to get more nutrients, and they fill you up more too! White grains are just empty calories. Who wants wonderbread when you can have a hearty piece made with whole wheat grains and such?!

Ooops i think im eating too much then. I love it though weight watchers do a wholegrain one, 48 cals a slice, its yummy. Better limit myself. Gotta admit a lot of my diet has come from bread sesame seed ryvitas and rice cakes. Not ideal.
I dont tend to use the food tracker on here because i dont cook. The most i have in the way of a meal is tuna pasta and tinned tomatoes. Otherwise it would be turkey slices & a huuuuge amount of steamed mixed veg. I cant eat big meals in one go.

If you use the SP nutrition page, it should automatically track the carbs you're eating when you enter a food. At the bottom of the page it totals the amount of carbs (and fat and calories, etc) you've eaten that day and gives you a daily goal range.

Also, above the water consumption log, there's a link that says Print Today's Full Report. If you click on that, there's a little pie chart at the bottom, which shows where your Calories are coming from.

White bread they say is not good for you, try wholemeal or grain bread, they say that it has more fibre in it I don't know, it just might be a sales gimmick.

I love Nimble wholemeal bread. Its a small loaf, and 48 calories a slice. I can eat about 8 slices a day. I dont get bloated from bread, but do you think its a bad move to eat so much bread? I eat a lot of Ryvita with sesame seeds on too, adore them. So i know this is a lot of carbs isnt it. If im not going over my daily calories is so much bread a bad idea or shal i not worry if it fills me up?
