Yea, my FI has the same issue. He doesn't gain any lbs eating healthy or not. Me? Well..I am a different story. I eat anything, and I am liable to gain weight. My metabolism went down about the age of 18. I am 26 lbs, and 30 lbs over weight. I dont want to gain anymore, and I want to be back to my original size.
I can deal with not eating the same foods as him (although there is temptation) but you need them to support you as much as you need them too.

| I have struggled with this since my husband and I married. He is one of those guys that can eat whatever and never gain a pound. I do the cooking and he eats what I make. I give him the things I don't want around me in his lunches. I have recently challenged him to make some healthy changes like drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Welcome & Good luck!
I figure if it's something I don't want to eat - I don't buy it. I only fix one version of a meal. My husband has yet to take me up on the offer if he doesn't like what I buy/make that he is welcome to take the task of shopping/cooking.

| I am a new member and a mother of a two year old. I work part time and attend school full time, all while planning a wedding. I am trying to involve my fiance to join me, but he is a picky eater and so is my two year old. he is supportive and caring, but there is so much temptations around the house. I can do it and I will succeed!!!!
