I have heard that too! I wish I could apply it to making my bed! Hehehehehehhehe! I think I will focus on the more important things for now! One day at a time! Today is day 7 for healthy eating! Only 14 more to go? I have a feeling it will take a while longer for me when it comes to food! Its amazing how long it takes to make a bad habbit dissapear and how quickly you can break a good one!

Yeah, I have heard that a few times. Baby steps definately help, especially in the beginning. I don't know if the 21 day thing works for every habit though. I stopped drinking soda, for a month, and from the soda I've been having for awhile I haven't kicked that but it also wasn't really my intention to quit forever so maybe that affected it. There are a few that quit habits differently, but I think the 21 day is a good general number to use for that.

good luck with everything!

hey everyone did you know it only takes 21 days to start a new habit???? or to quit a bad one??? that is what I learned in Rehab and I am applying it to this diet I have already noticed the difference in just drinking water....one baby step at a time

Much Love,
Selene
