ok - here's another chicken recipe.

Boneless Skinless Breast
No salt Seasoning
Honey DiJon Mustard
Minced Garlic
Veggies of your choice

Filet the breasts and sprinkle the no salt seasoning on them. Put about a table spoon of minced garlic in the bottom of a baking dish then place the chicken in the pan with just enough water in the bottom of the pan to barely cover the chicken - about a 1/4 cup. Spread Honey Dijon Mustard over the breasts, put in some carotts, potatoes, and brocolli to your taste (or whatever veggie you preferr) and cover with aluminum foil...bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour check to make sure the chicken is done and that the water has not evaporated - if not done put back in the oven for another 15 minutes or so. Great low fat recipe that everyone in my house loves...better yet ...they don't even realize that they are eating healthy!

This isn't the same old chicken recipe that you may be used to. I'm always looking for new ways to make chicken. I tried this last night - it's great.

2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast (remove excess fat)
4 tablespoons of Wishbone Cranberry Walnut Balsamic Vinegrette

Filet the chicken breasts into 4 - 6 smaller pieces. Put the chicken pieces into a zip lock baggie for the Vinegrette - let it marinate for at least an hour and cook them in a pan with just a little bit of cooking spray. Since the vinegrette already has extra virgin olive oil in it there is no need to add anything else to the pan. Or you could bake them at 325. This recipe is easy to increase to if you are feeding a large family. Just simply filet the chicken breasts and add more vinegrette. You'll love it. It was a sweet and tangy bite to it. Another variation would be to dice or quarter the chicken pieces to add to a sald. (just food for thought)
