Good for you! We would walk to school (15 min there, 15 min back twice a day) now we walk to the pool (20 min one way). It's a lot easier to work in and the kids don't mind either.

This article remember replying to a message on one of the board this week. It was talking about walking for a short period of time.

This article really touch basic with me. I just start working out everyday for short period of times. When I try working out for hour a day for three days a week I would miss a work out. And total for get to work out for days..weeks. So I decide to do a little bit a day. I figure a little work out is better than now work out. And sometime I am able to be in a whole 60 min in. I also now try a lot of different work out.
