My advice would be to feed everyone the same healthy foods. That way, even if your son stays skinny, at least he will be getting the nutrients he needs to be healthy. kids do notice when they're being treated different, and if your son gets to eat "fun" foods to put weight on and your daughters don't, they will start to resent it and find ways to rebel. I became a closet binger due to my parents telling me that I didn't need to eat certain foods because I was getting fat.

i have 3 children my 2 girls are chubby and we are watching everything they eat my son is extremely skinny 9 yrs 51 lbs we're trying to put weight on him and take it off the girls...any suggestions on how to balance this the girls notice that we are pushing him to eat more and then they want to eat more how do we do this without damaging their self estem
