Popcorn 94% fat free - spray lightly w/ olive oil and add a little salt.

| I bought frozen raspberries today. One cup has 9 grams of fiber and they are absolutely delicious! All bran bars, the honey and oat flavour, are really great too, with 4 grams of fiber and 130 calories.

To help my fiber intake, I absolutely LOVE the Quaker Oatmeal Squares, also known as Breakfast Squares. They have all the nutrition that's in a bowl of oatmeal (which I don't like), but to me anyway they taste like an oatmeal cookie - - AND they're pretty filling to boot!
Other fiber-rich foods I like to eat are:
Graham Crackers Broccoli Corn Carrots Lima Beans Yams Baked Potato including skin Almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, peanuts, walnuts Apples including skin Pears including skin Strawberries Raisin Bran Popcorn (they say air-popped is ideal)

| Hi! I'm doing a low fat/high fiber lifestyle change. I've found that whole grain items, fruits and vegetables,legumes are all high in fiber. Of course, some more than others. If you would like me to get more specific, I can :) Hope this helps!
