You can change your goals at any time. Just go to SparkPoints and then click on "Track Other Goals" You will be able to adjust them to whatever you like. There's quite a variety available.
You can also restart the program, simply by changing your diet goals. You also go to your diet goals if you need to adjust your excercise regimen (let's say instead of 30 min cardio 3x a week you do 60 min cardio 7x a week), which may in turn affect how many calories you are supposed to eat every day.

Okay Jillian... you are super helpful. Thanks a TON. Is there a way to change my '3' goals? Also... is there a way to restart the program? Thanks a TON for any and all information.

It's free. You don't start paying.

Look around. Just take time to familiarize yourself with the site. For now, focus on your three goals. They may be drinking your water, getting your sleep and reading a motivational quote daily. The best way, I have found, to familiarize yourself, is to go to the SparkPoints page. There you will be able to get points by looking around the site.

My home is essentially your stuff. It's your leappad, so to speak. All of "your stuff" will be there. Your nutritition and fitness goals as well as your motivational needs will be there.

The Resource Center includes articles and other helpful tools.

Community is where you come when you need help (like now!).

Sparkpoints is where you can go to keep track of how involved you are with the site.

Sparkpages are community member pages so we can get to know each other.

so i joined this... but i am a tad confused as to what i need to be focusing on right now. i am also curious to know when i have to start paying to use the site. basically i am all together confused. :( can someone explain everything a bit to me.
