Thanks guys - I did go out and do the 3 miles, and changed my plan for the rest of the day. As long as I stick to it, I'll still come in under my max calorie boundary.
And you're right RyanLee - I did feel better after I did it. And the chocolate that so distressed me before, was definitely worth it.
Thanks again for the support.

| Everyone has those up days and down days. And sometimes your diet has nothing to do with either. Don't fret over it, but you may want to see if it's something else killing your motivation.

| Well its normal for us to mess up sometimes. If you go on that walk you will feel much better about yourself and forget about going over your calories, walk another mile......KEEP ON TRUCKIN

Alright, so here's the problem - major motivation downer today. I just don't want to do anything. . . I'm supposed to go out for a 3 mile walk. I already went over my planned calories for the day. . . HELP! Why am I doing this?
