Let's be honest, gents...the view is usually pretty nice in the Aerobics classes.
In my gym, the classes don't start until 6:30am. I am finished by 6:30am or I might try the step class.
I did try yoga for the first time while in Seattle last week. It was very interesting, might be worth trying again.

| I found I could get offer the shyness by simply focusing on what I wanted from the class. They seem to work pretty good for cardio.

Unfortunately I don't have time to do the aerobics at our club. All the classes conflict with my work or TaeKwonDo training. I would have no problem participating with a bunch of women. If you feel comfortable with it I would highly recommend it. It's a fantastic work out and offers better cario than most other classes at gyms.

Does anyone here do Aerobics? at all?
Most gym memberships come with all the 'extra' gym facilities that we barely use.. and one of em is the daily Aerobics session. Our local gym's class only consists women. (Men are allowed to join, but most of us don't want to be seen over those small plastic steps jumping and twirling around like a fairy or a ballerina.)
I know its a great way to lose weight.. But... Um..
I wanna see your insights on this topic?
Aerobics? yes or no. do you feel comfortable doing it? is it worth it? should i? or not?
