| I prefer all-bran (i usually get the extra fiber kind) but I have heard some people mix half and half with another cereal that has more flavor if they can't eat it plain. It's great on top of yogurt or cottage cheese. I have heard of using it as a salad topping but never tried it myself.

| I love fiber one in my oatmeal. I also like to melt chocolate and mix fiber one in and shape them into little haystacks to make cookies. I get the chocolate fix without so much guilt.

| i keep fiber one around for the "crunchy" snack craving. 1/4 cup is really low in calories but just crunchy enough and sweet enough to satisfy me!

| I actually think fiber 1 tastes pretty good. All Bran is another good one that is actually slightly sweet. fiber 1 is good plain with milk, but it's even better with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. I also like it with berries and vanilla yogurt. Yum yum!

| I was wondering if there are any other fiber One eaters out there. I've been a little surprised to see this web site recommend cereals that are less nutritious when there are other good options out there. Maybe it's because the recommended cereals are more palateable?
