| I think I'm going to check out the latest ones. They should provide a great workout from what I've seen of the older versions. Thanks

| I can only speak to the original ones--I know many others have come out since. But the original set contained an instructional video, a basic, and an advanced workout, as well as a really high-intensity 8-minute workout. So yes, there are options, but the problem is that there weren't multiple workouts at the different levels, so there can be a little boredom doing the same workout over and over. (I think that has changed with the newer releases)

| Do the Tae Bo videos offer various levels... hence I could work up in the levels?

| I've got the original Tae Bo videos hanging around the apartment--I use them on those days that I don't feel like going anywhere. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

| I've been using a Denise Austin one for about 3 weeks now since I can't find one geared towards men. However if you can get past her continuously talking about "Female Fat Zones" it is a real good workout! Just adjust the weights that you use accordingly and your body will definitely feel it.

| A lot of them are definitely geared toward women, but will work for men as well. I always liked the Tae Bo videos. And there are some new ones out called Power 90 that are supposed to be really good for guys.

Any suggestions?
Is it just me or are 98% of fitness DVDs and videos aimed at women?
