| If you have access to a microwave, then I have a good one I like to make ahead of time & reheat. I take an 80 calorie whole wheat hamburger bun & dip it in a scrambled egg mixture & fry in canola oil like a french toast. Drain on paper towel. THen I wipe the skillet out & rub a little margarine on the skillet & cook the remaining egg mixture (I only use one egg for the whole meal). I take one of those microwave safe plastic plates with a lid and separate compartments & put the egg in one section, the french toast in the other & 2 peices of Canadian bacon in the other one. I take a bottle of light syrup, then just before microwaving, I add the syrup & some blueberries, then zap it. It is great tasting, keeps you full for 4+ hours, & is also healthy. Enjoy, Connie

one of my favorite breakfasts:
whole grain english muffin (toasted) over easy cooked egg 2% american cheese slice candian bacon
makes an awesome breakfast sandwich. Tastes much better than McDonalds and has a lot less fat and calories. Enjoy
