Hi Sparkles!
WooHoo! Today, I'm thankful I BROKE 200!!! Weighed in @ 199 this morning.
Now, I'm setting mini-goals of reaching the 9's…189, 179, 169, 159, 149…until I reach my long-term goal of 143.
Have a great 4th of July Holiday - even if you're not celebrating Independence Day, still Have a great day!

| Well, I'm a little closer to 200 than I was a month ago. I've lost 10 lbs since starting here. And that aint bad.

Hi all you great new and established BREAK 200 members! Thanks for counting them DREDREMARS...as I recall, this forum was your idea and a great one it was!
After two or three weeks of holding at 204, I’m pleased to report that today, I weighed in at 201…just 2 pounds from my “break 200” very short-term goal. That will be a big WooHoo Day for me.
Have a great week and I will be thinking of all of you when I go to the pool later today and do my 2-hour Sunday afternoon gig.

| The last time I was under 200, I won't go into the exact age I was but suffice it to say, it's been a while. And with my love of weight training, I'll never get that close, but it'll be fun to see how close I get.

| I can't wait till I get down around 200. I don't know if I want to go below 200 because I might look like a stick then ha ha. Right now my goal is to get to 275. I can't wait for that day to come.

Hi and welcome to all newcomers to Spark! Especially to the Break 200 club. I'm still working toward that goal and will be sure to check in when I do.
This group is awe-inspiring in so many ways - I miss not being able to visit every single day but know that if I do, I'll stay too long and move away from my goals instead of toward them.
I'll probably be able to post only on weekends most of the time but will always be thinking of you when I religiously journal my food and exercise.
Today, Kaelaine is taking my spouse Harley and I out for Father's Day so I'll be good and have grilled tilapia w/double veggies - olive oil, please! It's amazing how well we can eat right and enjoy it, if we just plan ahead.
All of you, keep up the Spark and I'll be checking in on you and reporting my progress as well - hoping I have some TO report very soon!

Didn't lose much this week .2, not even a pound.My thinking is because i wasn't hungry most of the week, i didn't get enough calories,was under alot. Well i will make sure to do better next week.So my weight is now 223.4.

| Lost two pounds this week. Reduced my calories to 1350 a day and did carpentry work four days in a row. In Arizona drinking enough water is no problem due to the dry climate.

What's up fellas?
I recently joined the site with my fiance, and I figured this group's the place for me...been over 200 for the last 8 years or so. My current vice is struggling with not over-snacking, and grabbing the occasional pizza. The fiance's got me trying tofu meals now, which aren't too bad (we had a little mishap with stroganoff though).
I'm 24, live in Michigan, and I have respect for anyone who can keep away from cheesecake...because I can't. Power to the fish, I'm out.

Just weighed myself,down to 225.2. This means i met my goal for this past week.
|

| I've also found that high salt days also seem to be when I feel the most sluggish as well.

| My weight is down again! 204 lbs. Wha Hoo! I added sodium to my mineral tracker and noticed that every time my weight increased I was over 3000 mg of sodium from the day before. It's really amazing how much sodium is in our everyday food as part of the processing!

| entering week 2 of my journey. to date I lost 3 pounds the first week. not a bad start to a long overdue mission. only 47 pounds to go to get to my Marine Corps weight by November 10 which is the Marine Corps birthday. Best of luck to all of us. Keep smiling!! :))
