Being around the house on the weekends is hard - I find myself looking in the pantry every 40 minutes - nothing there that will help. Although, I've been eating sunflower seeds, in the shell, it's a bit of a project to eat them so it helps keep down the calories - takes me about 2 hours or so to get through bag, my wife not thrilled with me spitting the shells into a cup but better then eating a bad of chips in 10 minutes and being hungrey for more 20 minutes later.

Hey Christian,
You got to go with veggie snacks if not fruit. You can eat an enormious amount of baby carrots, broccoli and caulliflower without packing in the calories. I also snack on low cal cerial and skim milk with water mixed in. I dont know if this sort of thing is the best but I get the same way. 2 - 3 salads later I dont feel that guilty. Anyway hope this helps. Jeff

So I'll admit, once in a while I get to the point where I feel like snacking on something while watching a game. Today is a perfect example. The NFL Draft starts in 40 minutes and I already know that I want something to snack on. I just can't figure out what's not horrible for me. I don't really wanna do the fruit thing today. :P
Thing is ... in the past, let's say there were two games on or something ... at about halftime of the first game, I'd make a run to Taco Bell and just get like 10 tacos and munch on those throughout the rest of the games. So ... obviously anything I do would be better than that but I don't want to use that as justification.
So ... chips and salsa is all I can think of. Any other ideas?
