| Hi, How I remember those days when the kids were in bed and Hubby worked nites. I spread out my meals into 6 or7 meals,with the smaller calorie coming as snacks. This helps my blood sugar stay on an even keel. You can do it. My biggest help is keeping the largest Sheetz soda container full of ice and good tasting water all day long. It fills me up and refreshes me. Also doing this spark diet is another way. Have a GOD kinda day.
