| Hi, I love stretches also. Right now my belly fat is in the way. I have 2 favorites that are very mellow and the women are followers of an Indian guru, but since I'm not,I just enjoy what I can do[or will do]Most every stretch one does is an Indian based stretch, when I saw this I stopped worrying about the origin.

My nephew has a 170 pound great dane named Blitz. He's a character. He begged to go for a ride and he's so big he had to go with his big ol' head sticking out the sun roof. Chuck calls him Marmaduke. Bonnie

B,
If you go to the Fitness Resource Center, down on the left side is a whole section about stretching. It should give you some good ideas.
