I feel your pain WingedZebra. I've been falling off the wagon too. It's so hard with things like Krispy Kreme in the house and yummy popcorn at the movies.
But, today is a new day - and I will begin again.

| towinged zebra Hi,I'm not an expert on losing weight or I wouldn't be on this web----but I am a self taught expert on low blood sugar, which everyone gets if the right circumstanses for your body occur. You might want to try spreading your food out and eating every 2-3 hours and making them into mini meals. It is almost impossible to resist temptation when the blood sugar drops. Don't beat yourself up over a little back slide. In fact I have the opposite problem,When I break my meals down,I find it hard to want to eat all the food on my plan.

| To Hfeatha02: Hi,Somepeople have to go by the tape measure and not poundage, even the next size down piece of clothing will show you the difference. Maybe not you but running or even walking makes me retain fluid. Sipping water all the time helps fluid go and stay off hunger. Have a GOD day.

I think the quote of the day about sums it up:
Never confuse a single defeat with a final defeat.

I dunno about you, but before I started this I probably would have inhaled half a box of those biscuits and not even realized what I was doing...and then figured since I was off the wagon I might as well eat everything else in the room.
So we ARE making changes, you have an awareness about what you're eating and healthy choices. That's what this is about, especially in the first bit.
Prue.

Look at it this way, you just started, its new and nothing beats a failure but a try.
Don't give up and don't give in! Just keep going. Slowly but surely you will start to notice that you are making some good choices and will see a change begin to happen for the better with your weight.
Make a concerted effort to do your meal plans and work in some cardio and strength training and it will fall into place.

Sometimes it is very hard to stay on track. It will get better and easier. Take one day at a time. Jump back in right where you left off.
YOU CAN DO IT!

Oh I know how hard it is to stay on track. I do good for a few days then my husband comes home and I am off track again. I have been running and weight training everyday but still have yet to lose a pound. I guess I need to work harder

ooops
but just think yourself lucky 38 cals per biscuit isnt many really digestives are about 70 so it could be much worse
if you cant make big changes all at once then make little ones over the next few weeks until all the changes are made
