| I feel that after tracking what I eat I tend to look at the back of the package more.

| Right now I guess after gaining and losing so many times I am scared to not track what I eat. I guess I feel like I will have to track what I eat forever or never keep the weight off. I am glad we can continue to do that at least.

| Oh definately, in Stage 3 they recommend you only track your food for the week on one day but I am definately not there yet, I couldn't even remember everything that I ate the past week. I guess it is more of a step to kind of let loose and get on your own feet again. But I know that for me, it will still take a while. There are still too many unknown factors in my life.

Thank you for your replies. I appreciate it. I am feeling really good about tracking my food, I am forcing myself to exercise, and I do drink my water. So, maybe I will just make sure I keep exercising. We still get to track our food online after we move to the next stage dont we?
Thanks!!!

| I absolutely agree. Look at what you are doing already and what you will be doing in the next stage. Chances are, they are not too different from what you are already doing. And nobody forces you to move on or stay back. Just move to the next stage, give it a try and if you feel like it is getting too much for you, just either go back a stage or stay longer in your current stage (the one you moved up to), to work things out. You will see, everything will be fine in time.

I was worried about that too. I have been on here for 3 weeks and I didn't know if I should move on to stage 2 but I was told that if I know that I need to watch what I eat, track the calories I take in, drink the water I need to, and know I need to workout then it was ok to move on to stage 2. The good thing is if things start to get too hard and you feel like you are falling back you can always move back to stage one if you need to.
Good luck!!

How do you know when you are ready to change stages? Am I the only one who is not smart enough to figure this out? Maybe I am too black and white and I need a check list???
