| Not quite "wind sprints", but I do really hard 1/4 and 1/2 mile intervals rest for a 30 seconds and then do it again.

| I don't practice them on a regular basis, but we do them every so often in TaeKwonDo to get our legs warmed up. I know that later in the evening my legs feel more "alive" like they have more power to them. It may just be cuz we got the blood circulating so well, but I like it. We actually did them last night and my legs paid for it today. =)

| I've heard that wind sprints help with a more explosive running and skating stride. was wondering if anyone does them and if it's true.
