| You know I don't know if there is a site in Spark that tells you, but from what I've learned about nutrition (from books etc) it follows general guidelines. On average if you are moderately active your body uses 13 calories for every pound -- take your body weight and x's by 13/anything under that amount and you should lose. X's by 15 if you are very active, very fit, and by 10 if pretty sedentary. You can track for yourself, and see where you fall. I'm overweight (obviously I'm here) and excercise every day 30-60 minutes, I fall in about 13.
