| I haven't made drastic changes to ingredients etc when cooking, as I'm on a very restricted budget, but I am more careful with portion sizes and am NOT eating dessert (unless its yoghurt or fruit). I guess time will tell - or at least the scales will over time. lol

I'm not a Kiwi but I love kiwi fruit, saw both "Whale Rider" and "Once Were Warriors" several times and own an All Blacks T-shirt
If you check out the SparkTeams "Team Kiwi" and "New Zealand Fatties" you're sure to find lots of Kiwis.

I didn't know what you meant when you asked 'any kiwi's out there'. Is it a New Zealand term? I'm from Canada and I have a friend to spent some time in New Zealand and absolutely loved it. Hope you have fun with Sparkspeople.
