wow this is really catching on with the kiwi's. I am from Auckland originally but have lived overseas (now UK) for last two years!
This site is brilliant - I have been with it since March and have lost 6 kilos or so just through healthy eating and exercise - no fad diets here thank goodness. Have gone down at least one dress size too with all the exercise!!
