| Grest idea! I hope you are doing better! Some just don't get it! Mine thinks he has the right to call all the shots and gets mad if I spend money on my kids or me! Kicker is all he pays for is the Rent! I pay everything else! I work too! So he can just...get lost! Be strong and good luck!

Hello Wildhorse! All I can tell you is to use his negativity as fule. Revert to your teen-age years and everytime he tells you that you can't, be stubborn (like at 15) and think to yourself, "he's not the boss of me, I am!" Here's to you and your coming of (teen)age Wildhorse! Sabrina

| Hi! I feel for you. my first husband was like that and I left him eating the dust off my boots as I kicked him to the curb! Anyways I think you will be very happy here and we all cheer for all to succeed! Explore the site because there is so much valuable information here! Keep on posting it's a great outlet! Ignore him as best you can. Stop trying to please him at every turn.
And get yourself healthy for you. Not for anyone else.
If your husband is like most other people who condemn, belittle, and otherwise try to undermine any efforts we make to get ourselves healthy it more than likely stems from his own inner fears -- if you are better why would you want to stay with a lunkhead like him.

| I live in a very unhappy unhealthy marriage, my partner is always condeming me, knocking every attempt that I do to make him happy down, says I am fat.........please can anyone help me out here I am trying to lose weight and I have not started to excersise yet as I do not know where to begin can someone offer me some guidance please and thankyou so much:)
