I have been an Avon Rep. Jafra Cosmetic Rep.

Now I am home, afraid to do much of anything, afraid to lose my fully paid medical.

At least until my health and weight improves. Have a good evening everyone.

Aunt Bee..I know exactly where you lived in CA. I am from San Jose.

Deb...I would love to get a support group going too. What exactly do you do as a work from home mom. I am new to the whole at home mom thing. I went from a full time corporate job to a SAHM and I think I am getting the NO MONEY blues.

We are in Maple Valley, WA. We actually just moved here from CA so I am not sure just where everything is yet.

It is definitely not easy being new with no friends or family. We have been here since Thanksgiving and I have met one person. I am also a very shy person so it makes it even harder to put myself out there.

We are in the Vancouver area but I wish I was a stay at home mom! It isn't easy being the new kid and not really knowing your way around. But it is a nice place to live and lots of things to do. Camping, hiking, and lots of places to take the kids. This past year I devoted 1 day a week to my youngest daughter and swimming lessons. It was a Mommy and Me class and I had a ball, not to mention great excercise. :)

Welcome! You may find other members from Washington in the local connections forum. We have it broken down into states to make it easier for the members. My in-laws live in Chehalis, WA. It's beautiful out there (I'm in allergy town Cincinnati)! Let me know if you have any questions.

Be well,
Kelly

I have been on this site for some time now and have been doing really well with it. I started my weight loss journey in January and have lost 30 lbs. to date.

I am looking to get acquainted with other SAHM's in my area and hoping to find some workout buddies and just some close at home support. We just moved here from California and I am feeling like a kite in the wind. I left all of my family and friends behind. Hubby got a job offer that we couldn't turn down as it allows me to be home.

We have 1 daughter who is 17 months and we are looking to start trying for #2 in August.
