Nobody's perfect, we all mess up once in awhile. The best advice I can give is to learn from the set-backs...the next time you are tempted with cake and ice cream, grab some fruit or yogurt or something healthy instead. And also remember to reward yourself for the good stuff you do, make mini-goals...such as "the first 10 lbs I lose I'm going to treat myself to a manicure, a day at a spa, new outfit, or a new work-out DVD..." or whatever!!
But its okay that you fell of the wagon, it happens to the best of us... Just try to get back on!

| Maybe one of your goals should be not to be so hard on yourself. Remember everyone has set backs. I was really doing well untill about november when things got very stressful in my life. I found this website last week and started to turn things around. You should be proud for even trying to make yourself healthier!!!

I just reset my goals and started over. So now I can try and forget eveyrthing and pretend like this is my first day.
I knwo I am hard on myself, I always have been. And I need to change that,somehow.

| Wipe the slate clean and start over. You can do it! Don't beat yourself up too much - just take one day at a time!

| I changed my goals from the "my home" page, and it reset all of my progress charts and everything from there. It wasn't my intention, but it might work for you.

I really really messed up my eating habits. We were gone for hte weekend to a hockey tourny last weekend, so I know I didnt eat completely great. But I did try. And then I have had a couple of stressful weeks, still feeling down, and my dd's b-day party with cake and ice cream etc....I havent watched what I ate with any real effort in a good two weeks, maybe more. I think I have gained back a couple of lbs that I had to work so hard to lose.
To top it off today, a friend came in and said here are some clothes that are too big for me now, but they should fit you. I know she didnt mean it in a insulting way, and she has no idea how hard I have been trying to lose weight.....but still hurts.
Can I just start over with sparkpeople?? Just pretend that I was never here and just start clean???Just do my weigh in and pretend like it is my starting point and see where I go from here??
I still need to lose a minumum of 50 lbs,and I want to lose 25lbs by the end of june. Anyway I can do this??? As I dont seem to be able to motivate my self to exercise, I am going to work on going for more walks with the babe in the stroller, more gardening, more raking....more cleaning.. just normal activites everyday, but try and put more effort into them.
Anyone want to give me a kick to get me going???
