| In the morning, your body is in a fasting state, so it is going to have to use a lot of its stored sugars and fats for energy. When you work out after consuming carbohydrates, your body will burn those sugars for energy INSTEAD off using stored sugars and fats. The right time to exercise is when time allows ,but in the morning before any carbs are eating is prime.
