| Goodmorning! I am so excited to start another day. One lb lighter!!! I have kept my goal before me at the start of the day. I read articles, and track track track, walk walk walk, etc. Then quilt. It is a choice that will take me to my goal of being my ideal weight and maintain it. Sparks has helped me with tools for self monitoring and education that I needed for keeping the focus. I am so happy and want to encourage you all to utlize the oppportunities and tailor your program to suit your individual needs. It will work if you work your plan. Best wishes for a great day. This is my 3rd week and I am so happy my friend told me of SPARKPEOPLE. I have 30 more lbs to lose!

| This is my first day back too. I joined in February and did pretty well for about a month. But then I had surgery 2 weeks ago and that threw me totally off track. I had no appetite, so I didn't see the point of tracking calories. I couldn't exercise (or really move, even) so I didn't track fitness. But I did lose about 6lbs while I was home resting, which is pretty cool. So I just got the ok from the doctor that I can go back to work, exercise and everything else. Woohoo!!! I can't believe I'm actually excited to get back on the treadmill. But after about 10 more lbs, I'll be right where I want to and need to be.

Welcome back!!
I've just started here but I did lose 30+ lbs. previously at eDiets. I've been "off plan" for almost 3 years and now I'm getting back to it.
I think the best thing is that you've started back up. You must be ready to recommit or you wouldn't have posted. Sending some California Good Vibrations your way~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good Luck!! Kris

| I have decided today to come back to spark. I was doing really well when I started in Jan and then around end of Feb things started getting rocky with my relationship and I just completely went off track, I had no self worth. I have logged in today and really want to start again I went to an aerobics class and just need a few positive comments. Has anyone else fallen off as it were at how easy is it get back on track? Any advice would be great!!!
