thanx,im gonna try working out what i gonna do for the day so when i get up then i can get stuck into my day not wondering "what will i do now?" all the time. as thats where i spend most of my time at home

Writing down goals is one of the best ways to achieve them. Read them at least daily. It really does work.

hi all,im 20 with 2 girls (2yrs and nearly 1). ive got 17kgs left to lose. i work 1-2 times a week from 10pm-6am and omg it stuffs me up. Im having trouble getting energy actually what is that???. ive decided to write down all my goals 1 for the fridge and 1 for my bedroom and monthly go through the list and mark off what goals ive done. my exercise rountine is getting A BIG KICK UP THE BUM too. lol
