ugh, I typed it all out and it diddnt post . Lets try this again. Dont pay your scale too much mind right now , those things can be so evil at times LOL. My children are ages 6 my son, 3 my daughter, and 1 my other daughter. I would love to talk to you more often. I too have a diet buddy but Im afraid Ive been neglecting her recently, and she seems to lead a busy life so wasnt available to talk to often. But theres no saying we cant connect with other people on here. Do you have MSN messenger? Feel free to email me anytime you like, I look foward to hearing from you.
Oh and grats on fitting into those jeans! See your doing well! Rely on the inches not the scale.

| lol I can sooooo sympathize about the three kids, I myself have three little ones running around. Personally though your scale isnt budging I wouldnt worry too much. If your right and your losing inches then you ARE losing "weight". If I were you I would start to take your measurements, waist, hips and neck. Because muscle weighs more than fat there are times when your scale isnt going to register any weight loss but a tape measure around your waist will tell a different story. And remember not to stress about it. The way I look at mine is it took X amount of time to put this weight on so why should taking it off be quick. Ive also heard that increasing your calorie intake can help. Try doing that also and you might break your plateau. Keep your outlook positive though. You ARE losing inches even if your scale is saying different. And inches are what really counts, thats whats going to get you into the "skinny jeans".

| How long have you been stuck at 149? Remember , muscle weighs more than fat, so if your building muscle your not going to see much movement in the scale, do you take your measurements every week? If so are they changing? I personally just watch my calorie intake, excercise everyday for around 30 min total time and I drink plenty of water. One thing I have seen recomended to start losing weight again if you have plateaued is to change your excercise routine and do different ones. Maybe that would help you?

I changed one bad habit each week to a healthy one. I also drink about 96 oz of water a day.

| i have been drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water ,counting calories ,walking 3 miles and do the treadmill for 1 mile at a speed of 3.8.

| I also suggest more water and more excercise. It is amazing what a little extra will do. Instead of 10 min do 12 min. It does make a difference. Each time you do something just extend it by a could min or a couple extra ... hope it works for you like it does for me. :)

| I'm guessing you have been tracking all food intake? You might try increasing your exercise a little and or change your exercise routine.
