Nutritiondata.com is kind of a pain to use, as the previous poster noted, but it was the only way I could figure out nutrition values for some homemade concoctions, as well as trying to approximate restaurant meals. Fortunately, you can save your recipes and even email them. You do get a very complete analysis of your recipe. I like just having the one entry in my meal planner, rather than an entire listing of every ingredient like when you enter a food grouping (especially if you've made an error or change in your recipe afterwards).

I have used the one at www.nutritiondata.com, it works well enough for me. The only thing I don't like is having to add all the ingredients to my pantry first.

i asked this question last week! What someone suggested was to pick a blank day on your nutrition page, and enter all of the ingredients there, and then divide the total number of calories per the number of servings. It worked out well!

Hope this helps!
