| What an outstanding accomplishment Waterdog. I feel humbled knowing how much weight loss some of you are accomplishing. My weight 'problem' seems so insignificant in the face of what you are doing.

Incredible! Don't let #300 be the stopping point, but just part of the journey. I know you feel great, I passed by 300 on the way down back in January, and I plan on never seeing that region again.

| Waterdog that is great news. Congrats!! We have a digital scale in our work out room at my place of employment and it only went to 300 lbs. I told everyone the first time I register on the scale would be a big day and it was a great feeling not having the scale error out on me. I am now in the 270's and feeling great.

| That's awesome! Passing 300 was a great day. Then I got excited by every 10 pounds I'd hit. I just hit 40 pounds off this morning and am stoked!

| I finally got below 300 pounds this morning. I was worried because I was not very diligent this weekend at staying in my calorie range (above it mainly) and I slacked off on the cardio. Imagine my surprise when I was at 299 this morning. I now have new motivation to start the week and will do better.
