I second what both of you have posted. Planning is the key, and the tracker keeps me "on track".

Good job. I too find that I plan for "later" calories, and it is working for me. I love the Tracker feature - it is so easy.

I've been holding true to my diet for one week now and my body is feeling good. I can already tell the difference of having the right balances of (or at least very close to) the food groups. I know I have substantially decreased my fat intakes. I have already seen my body fat% decrease - Yea!

I also survived the social bar scene this weekend w/ a few Amstel Lights I had budgetted into my calories. I'm feeling like this diet is manageable over the long run.

Feeling very good today!
