So to make me feel better about missing my second training day in a row, I kicked my own ass in the crunches. Just felt so good, does that mean I'm a masochist? haha - my physiotherapist suggested that to me once. . . not sure how much of it was a joke.

Anyway, jumped right back in with 150 crunches, but upped the difficulty of most of them. Also added the plank that Matt suggested. Only did the 'modified' plank, and did three sets of 30s. Love that one, makes you feel so strong, and definitely a mental exercise.

30 minutes on the elliptical. I had to try it. Just for a few minutes. Ankle didn't scream so I finished.

Today we strength train.

I'd bet it's the shoes. I'm going to stop by Road Runner and see if I can find pair of shoes I like. My shoes are good for weights but obviously after yesterday, not great for running.

The day after, I can walk around on it at work. A little sore but not impossible to deal with. A few days doing water aerobics and I should be fine. Thanks

Hi Heather,
I have a little computer the sits on the bars. It gives me all kinds of stats on speed, time and distance. It is made by Vetta. Im sure there are lots of other brands too. I like it, then again Im a guy and that means Im predisposed to having electronic gadgets.
