Hi, find out what you are missing. If it's carbs, then eat some whole grain toast or fruit, if it's protein then add some grilled chicken, tuna, or cheese. (These are some examples.)

Broiled chicken breast strips- Low fat cheese- Pretzels- not so low in carbs hmm... Avacados(they have some fat but its the good kind) Tofu- anything made from tofu- Yougart frozen yogart- ground turkey meat balls- Nuts-(again good fat)
Also if you arent makeing your cal goals you probably have some fat and carbs to spare, dont go too crazy trying to eleminate them, your body needs some of these to keep going.

Baggies full of Veggies (your favs), can be kept in the fridge & grabbed for on the go.

Now, of course, I'm weirded out that I'm not eating enough calories. So I ask you, what are some good snacks or meals that are higher in calories yet low in fat and carbs? I read these articles and can't find anything specific and I am a person on the go and don't like to spend too much time preparing the meal. Please help. What can I do?
