I was doing well with my food etc,. but then I had a rough weekend (but did go to pilates) and yesterday we took a person leaving the office to a buffet, and today I started well, good breakfast, went to the gym, but ate 4 small pieces of candy and a girlscout cookie. Need to regroup for the rest of the day, drank some water, will go get more. Did manage to lose one pound with all that. Have to regain my resolve. coming on this site helps.
