I, too, am worried about your health if you lose that fast, and about your ability to keep the weight off after you reach your goal, which is even harder than losing it in the first place!
From what I've read, it is healthier and easier to keep weight off if you lose one or two pounds a week, because you will be creating new life habits which will help keep the weight off later. I hope you will stay with us, and make your weight loss program be something you can live with for years!
You look terrific in your picture. We're here for you.

Hi there! From your picture, you are a beautiful woman, but beauty is only skin deep. Don't let others set for you how you see yourself. See yourself through God's eyes! He made you for a purpose. 70 pounds in 6 months is very aggressive! Have you talked to a Doctor in preparation for this? I am worried for your health. *hugs* You will do great if you take it day by day though!

| I am trying to get feed back on me from how others see me so that I can Self evaluate and conflict change. sometimes others see something that we dont and that is why I am posting this I am 27 single m=never married and trying to loose 70 pounds in a 6mnth period i know that I can do with interaction with others motivation and self descipline and control. but the first step is recongnizing your fault and problems from friends family as well as people who dont know you so thank you for your help for i am on the stage of self image redefinning myself from inside out...
